Welcome to Windows 7

My very first interaction with Windows 7, one minute after booting up for the first time...

What bloody changes? And what's 'Network 2'? One minute in and there's nothing but despair :( To be fair, I use a Mac, Snow Leopard, etc., so most of Windows user experience is generally despairing.
